What do Garage Door Care do with your data?
All customer info is synced across to our CRM to manage your enquiry efficiently. It is not synced anywhere else.
Any contact form that is sent in via our website is emailed to our sales team, and a soft copy is also kept within this website. This soft copy is in case there is an issue with sending emails from the website, it ensures no contact form entry is lost.
If you send in a CV your information will be viewed and the email may be left in our email archive in case we need someone with your skill set in future. By sending your CV you are showing a legitimate interest in working for Garage Door Care.
Accessing your data
If you wish to receive a copy of the data we hold on you, please send an email us and we will reply within one calendar month with a copy of your data.
Amending your data
If you wish to change any of the information we hold on you, please email changes required and we will action the change as soon as possible. Your request will not take longer than one calendar month to complete.
Deleting your data
If you wish to have all data we hold on your deleted, please send an email us and we will ensure all data relating to you is deleted within one calendar month.
Withdrawing consent to our Newsletter
If you receive our newsletter and wish to unsubscribe, you can click the link in the footer of any newsletter. You will be removed instantly.
